Payment options are Auto Credit Card
Billing, Check, Money Order or Account Center¹. We send monthly bills out by
E-mail on the 5th (In Advance). Payment is due the 25th² (In advance). If you
request snail mail billing ($2.00 monthly fee) you will receive your bill in
the mail about the 20th (In Advance) and it will be due on the 10th² (Month
of Service).
Account Center¹ is a personalized,
password protected secure web page available 24/7 where you can:
- View your billing history, both invoices & payments
- Print & pay invoices
- Email us questions
- Save a credit card number to make payments quickly
- VISA, MasterCard and Discover cards are accepted

If you tell us you aren't receiving E-mailed
invoices you'll be automatically switched to snail mail billing and assessed
an extra $2.00 monthly handling fee. You can still access Account Center. If
you are interested in Account Center, contact Billing at 800-562-0645. (²)
We will restrict service if payment is not received within 5 calendar days

monthly plan limit for TTD (Total Transfer Data) bandwidth, your overage
will be billed monthly in arrears at $3.50 per Gigabyte. Minimum Overage
Billing is $10.00. Be smart, know your limits or sign up for a plan with a
